ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking information.
ADDRESS ERRORS/ INVALID ADDRESSESIn Fashion Kids is not liable for customer errors made when entering their address on the electronic order form. Once the order has been placed, we can not guarantee that we can make an address change as the order may have shipped. In Fashion Kids is not responsible for costs to reship to an alternate address. SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST BE ABLE TO ACCEPT A USPS SHIPMENT OR A UPS OR FEDEX SHIPMENT. If a USPS Shipment can not be accepted, please provide a PO Box number where the order can be shipped. In Fashion Kids will choose the carrier, which may be UPS, USPS or FEDEX.
CANCELLATIONS/ ORDER CHANGES: IMPORTANT - ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN PROCESSED CANNOT BE CANCELLED. Exceptions: If your order has been placed and you would like to cancel it, we will attempt to accomodate this request. A charge of $2.00 will be assessed (or $4.95 if the shipment has been packed). In Fashion Kids is not responsible for cancelling the order prior to shipping, but will attempt to accomodate both cancellation and change requests wherever possible. PARTIAL SHIPMENTS / OUT OF STOCK
In Fashion Kids is not liable for items available not at the time of order or items that sell out as the order is coming through the Yahoo system. We will email if an item is out of stock, and you have chosen that option on the order form. If we do not receive a response within 2 business days, we reserve the right to adjust the invoice and ship the remaining items or cancel the order (in the case of a single item not available).

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS - IF YOU ARE NOT EXCHANGING
Send an email to sales@infashionkids.com requesting a return within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise -please note the reason for return request. We will reply with a return authorization number. If no reply is received within 7 days, returns may be sent to the address above. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. RETURNS ARE DUE BACK 20 DAYS FROM ORDER DATE (or date the advance order is shipped)
Special occasion, holiday items and costumes are charged a 10% restocking fee if no exchange order has been placed by the time the return is received. CHRISTMAS DRESSES OR OUTFITS RECEIVED AFTER DEC 24th AND HALLOWEEN ITEMS RECEIVED AFTER OCT 30th WILL BE CHARGED A 40% RESTOCKING FEE IF RETURN IS ACCEPTED. NO RESTOCKING FEES ARE CHARGED FOR EXCHANGES.
ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE: Items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable. *** PLEASE NOTE: For safety reasons underwear, all Baby's Own bodysuits, onesees, swim diapers, undershirts, tights removed from packaging and wigs are not returnable or exchangeable. There is a 10% restocking fee on pajama returns and halloween costume returns returned within the policy timeframe.
HALLOWEEN COSTUME RETURN POLICY
COSTUME ORDERS PLACED AUG 1- SEP 30th - RETURNS - 10% restocking on costume returns if no exchange order is placed. Email for return authorization if you are not exchanging - 20 Days from order date to return. If exchanging, place your new order online - see exchange instructions above - no need for return authorization if an exchange order is placed.
COSTUME ORDERS PLACED OCT 1 - OCT 31 EXCHANGE ONLY - NO RETURNS FOR CREDIT. No authorization needed for exchanges, but exchange order must be placed by OCT 30th AND THE RETURNED ITEM MUST BE RECEIVED BY IN FASHION KIDS BY OCT 30th.
Upon receipt of an unauthorized costume after the holiday return credit will be given at the discretion of In Fashion Kids as follows:
- 50% restocking fee on returns recieved Oct 31st or Dec 25th for Christmas items. Costume Returns received after Oct 30th will not be returned to customer. Credit will not be given except at the discretion of In Fashion Kids.
4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER 20 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED.
5. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE INCLUDED ON THE BOX OR INSIDE THE BOX.
Please note if tags are removed there will be a 30% restocking fee charged. If merchandise is damaged, worn or stained no credit will be given. CUSTOMERS RETURNING 3 OR MORE ITEMS FROM A SINGLE ORDER(and not exchanging any of them) WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
PLEASE NOTE: All original tags should be attached, the item must be unworn and in new condition, and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.) WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING ITEMS VIA PARCEL POST AS THIS SERVICE TAKES 1 MONTH TO REACH US AND YOUR RETURN MAY BE LATE. We strongly recommend you ship via a trackable method and keep a record of your shipping confirmation.
BOUNCED OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
A restocking fee of 25% of the order total or $9.99, whichever is greater also applies to all BOUNCED or REFUSED SHIPMENTS.
Please note for orders where a coupon code is used, if that order is later returned, the coupon amount will be deducted from the credit.
GIFTS: If the item was received as a gift we will issue a store credit to the recipient only as long as the request for credit is received within 30 days. The recipient of the gift should place the new order online and then request the return authorization.

**Duty taxes are the complete responsibility of the customer. In Fashion Kids will not credit the recipient for refused or undeliverable merchandise.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION: We reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on file with the credit card company. If the customer is unable to verify the correct billing information we request, we reserve the right not to ship the order.
DELIVERY TIMING: IN FASHION KIDS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ACHIEVING THE EXACT DELIVERY DATES AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ACHIEVING A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE IN ACCORDANCE WITH A CUSTOMER'S PHOTO SHOOT, WEDDING OR IMPORTANT EVENT THAT MAY NOT BE ACHIEVABLE WITH THE DELIVERY METHOD SELECTED. PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE TIME TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE AND ALLOW TIME FOR AN EXCHANGE OR ALTERATIONS IF NEEDED .
ORDER TRACKING: A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you upon receipt of your order. You will then receive another email with the UPS/USPS tracking # or notification if an item is out of stock for any reason.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is only charged on applicable items shipped within the state of New Jersey.
